Murray Court Reporting Press Release – December 2017

Murray Court Reporting LLC has acquired Independent Reporting Services

Two Family-Owned Court Reporting Firms Merge

Murray Court Reporting announced earlier this year that they have acquired Independent Reporting Service based in Tampa.

Independent Reporting Service has been family owned and operated since 1970. They have been located on the corner of Madison and Marion Street in the heart of downtown Tampa.

“This was the perfect time and opportunity for us” said Larry Murray, President of Murray Court Reporting. “We are also family owned and operated” said Murray. “Why compete when we can work together”.  Murray cited many benefits to the acquisition and specifically noted the state of the art facility centrally located in downtown Tampa.

“We have always taken pride in our ability to provide superior customer service” said Murray. He went on to talk about the tremendous benefits of a merged operation, including the customer benefits.

When you walk into any Murray Court Reporting location, you won’t find a satellite office with one conference room and no frills.  What you will find is a friendly staff,  spacious conference rooms,  coffee,  cold drinks and professional services. “That’s how we have always operated, and thats how we will continue to operate” says Murray.

Parking is available right in our building. If it’s convenience you’re after,  we want Murray Court Reporting to be your first choice.  We are still a family owned and operated business. Just a little bit bigger today than we were a short time ago. We still strive to get to know our clients and anticipate their needs. We’ve got technical expertise and a “go anywhere” attitude to serve you when, where and how you need it.
