I have ordered the services for attendance of a court reporter and agree to pay for the same upon presentment of an invoice. If it becomes necessary to collect any sum due through an attorney, then I agree to pay the outstanding balance and reasonable attorney’s fees, whether suit is filed or not. All past due balances will accrue interest at 18% per annum after thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. By submitting this order you are herby agreeing to the above statement and digitally signing for an order to be processed by Murray Court Reporting & Video Conferencing which will act as a binding contract for attendance of a court reporter. Pinellas will be the County of Jurisdiction for any future required collection actions.
